This policy covers how InStock Conference treats personal information. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

If you register to attend the conference, we may share your title and company with potential attendees, attendees, sponsors and partner companies in order to give such sponsors/partners and other attendees and potential attendees an awareness of who will or did attend the conference and the companies they represent. We also include attending company names (though not individual's names) in promotional materials for the event and future events. We do not reveal email address, mailing address or other such information to sponsoring entities. The exception to this may be those that receive free admission to the conference in exchange for media coverage etc. In those cases, we may share with other organizations your name/title/company/email.

We use an analytic program to better design our web pages and web site. We use a ticketing service in order form for customers to purchase items and tickets to our events. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their address and zip code) when a registration is purchased. Contact information from the order forms is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the customer if necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products. We simply utilize this information to fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets.
